GARCIA-FONTÁN, Dalton Trans., 2005, (15), 2641–2649 [PtH{P(OEt)3}4]BF4 was obtained by the reaction of Pt{P(OEt)3}4 with HBF4·Et2O at –80oC. Protonating Pt{PPh(OEt)2}4 gave [PtH{PPh(OEt)2}4]BF4 or [PtH{PPh(OEt)2}3]Y (Y = BF4, CF3SO3, Cl). Complexes PtHClP2 (P = P(OEt)3, PPh(OEt)2) were obtained from PtCl2P2 with NaBH4 in MeCN.
